Santa’s Helpers is a personalized Santa letter for a child who is beginning to wonder how Santa can be in so many places at once. Santa explains why he has helpers in malls and other places during the busy Christmas season, while reassuring your child that he is very real.

Santa also answers a question your child has about him and mentions their age, good decisions, an accomplishment and a gift they’re hoping for. It’s a personal way to answer some of those tricky Santa questions while keeping the magic and wonder of Christmas alive.

Letters are mailed via USPS First-Class, non-tracked mail. Tracking and Priority Mail are not available with the Authentic North Pole Postmark.
Ornaments and hot chocolate are not available with the Authentic North Pole Postmark.
USPS delivery times and delivery issues are outside of my control. In the rare event a letter is delayed past Christmas or lost in the mail, refunds and replacement letters are not available. However, a scanned copy of the personalized letter or certificate will be provided by email upon request.

So much choice and the quality is excellent. Our 9 year old son was having doubts but when he received his letter they vanished – the envelope is so authentic and he was convinced Santa was real again due to the personalised information in the letter that only Santa could have known!! Highly recommended!! 5*****
