our history
We are a family-operated business founded in 2009 by my then teenage daughter to raise money for an international trip promoting youth leadership and peace. After I took over the business, I loved watching my youngest daughter’s excitement and continued belief in the magic of Christmas when she received our Santa letters.
Reading all of the positive feedback from our customers with similar experiences truly makes Christmastime meaningful for me. Nothing can replace the memory of pure joy when a child receives their very own letter from Santa.
A little About Us
Christmas is a very special time of the year for me. The magic of the season, and seeing the excitement that Santa Claus brings to the eyes of children is why I create these letters. In addition to creating the personalized letters, we also create a large light display every year that is a favorite of the community, with people driving from far away at times to see our display. Seeing the joy and excitement in the all the neighborhood kids when I start putting up lights, the tour buses of the senior homes driving by, or the family’s taking time to take family photos in our front yard makes the countless hours worth every moment. I work full time outside the home as well as create these special letters, but it is very important to me to bring a smile to those in the community.

Great Selection
We offer 38 high quality backgrounds, including our exclusive Santa’s Workshop paper, and 37 letter options to choose from. Our letters provide several opportunities for unique personalization for every child and can be printed on any background. In addition, we offer the ability to create your own custom letter printed on any background.
We also offer Official Nice List certificates on a choice of 16 different papers. We are now offering Christmas ornaments, some of which can be personalized, Santa’s special hot cocoa.
We Value Speed
Beginning November 1st, most orders ship within 1-2 business day and will be delivered before Christmas. Orders with the Authentic North Pole Postmark are processed through North Pole, Alaska, and may take up to 45 days to be delivered from the shipping date. Orders with one of our custom postmarks are generally delivered within 5-15 days after receipt of your order.
After Thanksgiving, orders may take up to 4 days for processing before shipment due to the volume of orders received.
If you would like to have your order shipped earlier with a custom post mark, please let us know.

How We Use Your Information
North Pole Santa letters only collects data given by users on a voluntary basis. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. Any information you provide about someone else when placing an order is used only to create the letter and ship the product. Email addresses will only be used to provide confirmation of order status, answer questions, and to send yearly promotional emails. They are not used for any other purpose and are never shared with outside parties. We never use or share personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above, without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
