Letters are sent to the North Pole, Alaska Post Office, where USPS begins processing them after Thanksgiving. Letters typically arrive 1–7 days before Christmas.
Letters are mailed via USPS First-Class, non-tracked mail. Tracking and Priority Mail are not available with the Authentic North Pole Postmark.
Ornaments and hot chocolate are not available with the Authentic North Pole Postmark.
USPS delivery times and delivery issues are outside of my control. In the rare event a letter is delayed past Christmas or lost in the mail, refunds and replacement letters are not available. However, a scanned copy of the personalized letter or certificate will be provided by email upon request.

Letters mailed separately to the same address may arrive on different days. USPS does not guarantee that individual pieces of mail will travel or arrive together.
If the preference is for multiple letters to the same address to arrive together, Priority Mail is recommended and includes tracking. Each child's letter will still be individually addressed, stamped and postmarked, then all letters will be placed together in one Priority Mailer for delivery.
