Our History
We are a family-operated business founded in 2009 by my then-teenage daughter to raise money for an international trip promoting youth leadership and peace. After I took over the business, I loved watching my youngest daughter’s excitement and continued belief in the magic of Christmas when she received her own personalized letters from Santa.
Reading the wonderful feedback from customers who have shared similar experiences truly makes Christmastime meaningful for me. Nothing can replace the pure joy of seeing a child receive their very own letter from Santa.
A Little About Us
Christmas is a very special time of year for me. The magic of the season and seeing the excitement that Santa Claus brings to children is why I create these letters. In addition to creating personalized letters from Santa, we put together a large Christmas light display every year that has become a favorite in our community, with some people driving from quite a distance to see it.
Seeing the excitement of the neighborhood kids when I start putting up the lights, tour buses from senior communities driving by, and families stopping to take Christmas photos in our front yard makes the countless hours worthwhile. I work full time outside the home in addition to creating these special letters, but bringing a little Christmas joy to others in my community is very important to me.

I value the relationships I have built with my customers over the years and, most importantly, the opportunity to help create lasting memories of the magic of Christmas for every child who receives one of our personalized letters from Santa.

Each order is personally reviewed as I prepare it. If I notice something in the personalization that appears incorrect or unclear, I will contact you to verify the information before completing your child’s letter.

Our personalized letters from Santa include numerous opportunities to add details unique to your child, helping create a letter that feels truly personal. Every letter can be printed on any of our available stationery backgrounds, or you can create your own custom letter using your own text.
We also offer Official Nice List Certificates on a choice of 16 different papers, Christmas ornaments with personalization available on select designs, and Santa’s special Holiday Hot Cocoa.
We Value Speed
I know how exciting it is to receive a letter from Santa, so I work hard to prepare and mail orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, although processing may take the full five business days during the busy holiday season.
Letters using one of my custom North Pole postmarks are mailed directly and typically arrive within 5–14 business days after mailing. Letters using the Authentic North Pole Postmark require additional time because they are first sent to North Pole, Alaska for processing by USPS before being mailed to your child.
