Placing an Order
When you place an order with North Pole Santa Letters, please carefully review the information you provide, particularly names, mailing addresses, personalization details, and product selections. I use the information you submit to create and fulfill your order.
If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I am happy to make changes when I can, but once a personalized item has been created or an order has been processed, changes may no longer be possible.
I reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if there is a pricing or website error, a product is unavailable, an order cannot be completed as submitted, or I reasonably believe an order may be fraudulent or unauthorized.
Personalized Products
Many North Pole Santa Letters products are personalized using the information you provide when placing your order. Please make sure names, addresses, personalization details, and other information are entered correctly before submitting your order.
I create each personalized item based on the information submitted with the order. If I make an error while creating your order, please contact me and I will work with you to make it right.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because most North Pole Santa Letters products are personalized, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact me as soon as possible. I am happy to work with you on a cancellation and refund when possible.
If an item arrives damaged or I make an error while creating your order, please contact me with the details. A physical return is generally not necessary, although I may ask for a photo of the item. Depending on the situation, I will replace the item, correct the order, or provide a refund.

Payments
Payment is required when placing an order. Payments are processed securely through the payment options available at checkout.
North Pole Santa Letters does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card information. Payment information is processed by the payment provider according to its own privacy and security practices.
Shipping and Delivery
Please carefully review the recipient’s mailing address before submitting your order. North Pole Santa Letters is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided with the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, postal service delays, weather, and other circumstances outside of my control.
Letters mailed using my custom North Pole postmarks are covered by the Christmas delivery guarantee described in my Returns & Refunds Policy, provided the order is placed within the published ordering deadline and a correct, complete mailing address is provided.
Letters selected for the Authentic North Pole Postmark are sent to the North Pole, Alaska Post Office for processing. Once received by USPS, the timing of the postmark and final delivery is outside of my control. Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed for this option, and the Christmas delivery money-back guarantee does not apply.

Pricing and Availability
Prices, products, designs, and availability may change from time to time. I make every effort to keep the information on the North Pole Santa Letters website accurate and up to date.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to an error, I reserve the right to correct the error and, if necessary, cancel and refund an affected order.
